Also write down the details of your choice (based on what you want to add or change to your house) Checking the yard and examine the views and streets to bring the best results
This process is much more good because you will have one on one talk with the architect, tell them exactly how you want you things to be. If your ideas won’t be that brilliant as you think, this will be the best opportunity for you to hear from the architect himself.
You can book online, and an agent will call you back telling you when you are able to meet the Engineers. Booking fee is R600. After making the payment, your order will be placed. Payments has to be made before they come, this is being done for many reasons of which the obvious once are: 
1. To see your seriousness 
2. So we could not waste others time
3. Commitment 
If LJ will not showup on the day they promised, refund will made any time you think of changing your mind. If you got engaged on the scheduled day, you can put your appointment on pending a day before the actual day.

BUT IF LJ ENGINEERS WILL COME TO YOUR PLACE AND DOESN’T FOUND YOU OR ANYONE TO ASSIST THEM, THE MONEY WONT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK AGAIN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE BOOKING FEE AGAIN OF R250

Renovations tend to have more work than a new house plan from scratch, so due to that fact, the price is R50 per covered square meter
